Ruined by a £195,000 legal bill, the teacher cleared of rape in just 26 minutes: Friends raise money to help former head of geography left ‘mentally and physically crushed’ by troubled teen’s false allegations

Six days ago we posted a piece about Kato Harris, the geography teacher who was the latest innocent victim of the anti-male show trials brought by the criminal injustice system, in which odious feminist ideologues such as Alison Saunders, Director of Public Prosecutions, are so influential. The jury found him innocent after 26 minutes. Saunders herself should be in prison for leading the organization which brings such vexatious charges against innocent men.

Not only does the criminal injustice system try to break innocent men mentally and physically, it tries to break them financially, too. The man in this case spent £10,000 (his life savings) on his defence, and is left with a debt of £195,000 more for legal costs. Our thanks to a number of people for sending us a link to this, an article on the matter, at the end of which is a link to a crowdfunder for his legal bill. Over £12,000 has been donated already, please donate what you can. Thank you.

all this mayhem…all these dishonest, spoiled women. Could it be that we, the menfolk have been treating them too nicely for too long?

why can’t the CSA pay the legal cost?
after all they made a very bad judgement call and as such the CSA should pick up the bill for their mistake.

I understand that such an idea would mean that the taxpayer ultimately pays, but I consider that a good thing because otherwise justice will only be served to those with deep pockets( and note none by the person who made the false allegation.

It would also mean the DPP incurring the cost would have a record( a public record for all to see) of the cost of their incompetence( I’m not talking about losing a case, but rather cases that had no basis to go to court in the first place) which would be held against the director of the DPP in her appraisal( and also against ex-Deputy Assistant Commissioner Sue Akers for interfereing).

its easy(for the CSA) to go after someone on very poor evidence when they get someone else to pay the bill( and not suffer any consequences for their incompentence).

as a byline to all of this, why the heck would any man ever go into teaching when this is what awaits them ( especially as female teacher offenders of actual crimes get let off or reduced sentencing because of gender).

given that this statement made by the alleged victim
‘I fly to New York every week to see a psychiatrist.’

maybe its time the parents of this person paid the legal bill since they obviously have the money which the accused did not. if the parents don’t like the idea then tough( go and sue the CSA then) and then sit down with your own child and have a very long hard talk about the consequences of making false allegations and of what i can only guess are some bad parenting skills.
