Arrest first, investigate later in rape cases, says police chief. Lynne Owens, former head of Surrey force called for overhaul after being criticised for its handling of sex crimes

Our thanks to Alan for this. An excerpt:

A 49-year-old arrested by Surrey Police over claims he had raped his former partner said the policy had a ‘catastrophic effect’ on him when he spent four weeks on bail before being told he would not be charged.

‘There was not a shred of evidence in my case. This approach is out of control,’ he told The Sunday Times. ‘It means anyone can turn up in a police station, make an allegation and you will be arrested.’

By ‘anyone’ he means, of course, any woman.

I still work actively on two campaigns I launched in early 2012, Campaign for Merit in Business and the Anti-Feminism League. In 2014 I launched The Alternative Sexism Project, aiming to raise public understanding that the sexism faced by men and boys has far more grievous consequences than the sexism faced by women and girls.

I had a right go at the bitch on twitter a few months ago, as did a couple of others. My proudest tweet was telling her – in response to a tweet where she was celebrating arresting people for firearms offences – that men should have a right to defend themselves and gun down police terrorists who crash through their door at 6am in the morning. To which she told me that she was “offended”!

I think a lot of men are far more than offended after what she’s done to them. Clearly it’s coming out now all the men who have been kidnapped, and beaten in prison on false rape allegations. However, as you should also know the NCA is now kind of merged with CEOP and so the bitch is closely affiliated with Jim Gamble who drove at least 33 men to suicide and wrongly jailed thousands of others on laughable “child pornography” charges. He now runs his own private company, INEQE, which peddles paedohysteria.

Actually, speaking of which, I know in the men’s rights conference Mark Pearson was talking about a class action. However, previously Jim Gamble’s victims also went through with a class action and lost. The reason was because the appeal court deliberately refused to hear all the evidence, reducing the trial from two weeks to two days. I imagine it was a politically motivated sop to stop the victims receiving justice. If it had succeeded potentially thousands would have been exonerated which would have made it probably the biggest mass injustice the UK had ever seen. It could have killed feminism overnight. That’s why the establishment didn’t want it to happen. And so it didn’t. See: http://www.inquisition21.com/index.php?module=pagemaster&PAGE_user_op=view_page&PAGE_id=171

An utter travesty. We seem to be well beyond the point where we can use the Crown’s legal system to overturn injustices committed by said legal system.
