This is feminist justice – the Mandi Gray case (Fiamengo File, Episode 44)

A highly impressive critique of a case, in Canada. Acceptance of feminist theories on rape by judges, such as Justice Marvin Zuker in the Mandi Gray case, means that 99% of consensual heterosexual sex can be considered rape on the later whim of the woman involved. All heterosexual men who are sexually active are rapists. Feminists have long been manipulating the legal system in line with their warped ideology, in this area as in others.

A predictably appalling Guardian article on the case is here. Our thanks to Mike P for pointing us to it.

About Mike Buchanan

I'm a men's human rights advocate, writer, and publisher. My primary focus is leading the political party I launched in 2013, Justice for Men & Boys (and the women who love them). I still work actively on two campaigns I launched in early 2012, Campaign for Merit in Business and the Anti-Feminism League. In 2014 I launched The Alternative Sexism Project, aiming to raise public understanding that the sexism faced by men and boys has far more grievous consequences than the sexism faced by women and girls.

  1. Justice must not only be done, it must seem to be done.

In 179 pages of feminist rant, the judge was not able to support his verdict with a single fact.

It seems to me that the judge made up his mind that is was ‘about time’ another rape conviction went through; a retarded paraplegic could have been accused in this case and the judge would have found him guilty.

Justice has not been seen to be done.

Feminist justice is a direct consequence of the ‘gentleman dogma’. Withhold the gentleman pampering, then feminism is as good as done. Continue pampering, and feminism will continue to thrive and increase. It is actually very simple.

Perhaps I should be used to it by now, but I never cease to gain a little entertainment by the scope of femarxist deceit.
First it was just any old ‘rape’ that supposedly exercised them, then we had ‘date rape’ and the whole manufactured rohypnol panic, but this fizzled out.
    “Now what”?
    They must have wondered.

Well, “how do we damage that most important of relationships, that between women and men”?
“I know, we have to go where men and women relate the most”.
    “Where’s that?”

“Why, of course it’s obvious, where is there the most sex, – hook ups, longer term relationships and, ideally, marriage eventually!”

    You heard it here first.
    (Perhaps)

Wrecking these things would really damage and de-stabilise society.
With enough individual cells damaged and weakened, the cancer could really take over.
For this is the longer term aim I suggest.

As for the fiction of ‘trauma’ being responsible for the inconsistancies and unitended variables proving the claim of assault, rather than disproving it, this is a conjuring trick of the highest dissembling inventiveness – how they must have hugged themselves!

But then turning things upside down, inside out and back to front, in the most irrational way, always was a strong point with them.

We no longer need bothering analyzing the illogical inconsistencies and all the similar nonsense being pushed by feminists and practised by most ordinary women. What we do need, however, is to start asking what made women so vicious, whiny, demanding, unrealistic, spoiled and mean. And the answer is gentlemanly leniency and pampering.
If men do not stop doing this, women will only get more whiny, demanding, unfair and outright hostile. It is no different at all to spoiling a child.
