Bettina Arndt: The fox now guards the hen house

Bettina Arndt is an Australian sex therapist, journalist and clinical psychologist. Her Wikipedia page is here, her website here. We applaud her for an excellent article in the Australian edition of The Spectator, in relation to the shocking news that AU$13 million intended for male victims of domestic violence has been passed to a feminist organization, whose default assumption is that men presenting as victims are likely to be perpetrators. Hence the title of her piece, The fox now guards the hen house.

About Mike Buchanan

I'm a men's human rights advocate, writer, and publisher. My primary focus is leading the political party I launched in 2013, Justice for Men & Boys (and the women who love them). I still work actively on two campaigns I launched in early 2012, Campaign for Merit in Business and the Anti-Feminism League. In 2014 I launched The Alternative Sexism Project, aiming to raise public understanding that the sexism faced by men and boys has far more grievous consequences than the sexism faced by women and girls.

Exactly the same thing happens in the UK though they only give the misandrists at the Men’s Advice Line £160K

I was incredibly heartened to read this extremely important article. It sets out the position very clearly indeed. Even if there were some validity in performing some probing questions at first contact the passing on of confidential information is entirely unethical in a help line. MAL is appalling in this. Hence one should doe what one can to support the MANKIND helpline that attracts no Gov. funding.
