Our thanks to Peter Lloyd for this. The American comedian Bill Burr ended one comedy show with a piece about how men in his country are being financially annihilated by divorce courts awarding outrageous financial settlements to ex-wives, describing it as ‘an epidemic of gold-digging whores’. The epidemic has reached the UK.

In July Herbert Purdy published an insightful piece, Why MGTOW is the best strategy for men. My own contribution to MGTOW literature was published in 2009, The Marriage Delusion – The Fraud of the Rings?

I was recently interviewed at length by a female journalist (working for a major international publication) about MGTOW. I thought she had finally understood my point that MGTOW is a perfectly rational response by men to the current toxic state of gender relations – of marriage, in particular – but her final question was this:

Have you thought of getting counselling for your problem?

If everyone who read this gave us just £1 – or even better, £1 monthly – we could change the world. Click here to make a difference. Thanks.

About Mike Buchanan

I'm a men's human rights advocate, writer, and publisher. My primary focus is leading the political party I launched in 2013, Justice for Men & Boys (and the women who love them). I still work actively on two campaigns I launched in early 2012, Campaign for Merit in Business and the Anti-Feminism League. In 2014 I launched The Alternative Sexism Project, aiming to raise public understanding that the sexism faced by men and boys has far more grievous consequences than the sexism faced by women and girls.
