Times editorial: It is not sexist to point out that men’s and women’s brains are biologically different.

There are significant and important differences between male-typical and female-typical brains, in terms of both morphology and functioning. Anyone who doubts this should read a book by a renowned Dutch neuroscientist with an unfortunate name, Dick Swaab, We Are Our Brains: From the Womb to Alzheimer’s. It’s a fascinating read, even if you have no interest in the gender-patterned brain issue. We are ‘hard-wired’ in the womb for far more characteristics than is generally believed, including sexuality and gender identity.

To be persuaded of the compelling evidence for gender-typical brains is, needless to say, a thoughtcrime to feminists. So I was interested to read an interesting piece in today’s Times titled, ‘Sexism fears hamper brain research’. A part of today’s editorial is titled, ‘Brain Scam: It is not sexist to point out that men’s and women’s brains are biologically different’. Both pieces are here.

If everyone who read this gave us just £1 – or even better, £1 monthly – we could change the world. Click here to make a difference. Thanks.

About Mike Buchanan

I'm a men's human rights advocate, writer, and publisher. My primary focus is leading the political party I launched in 2013, Justice for Men & Boys (and the women who love them). I still work actively on two campaigns I launched in early 2012, Campaign for Merit in Business and the Anti-Feminism League. In 2014 I launched The Alternative Sexism Project, aiming to raise public understanding that the sexism faced by men and boys has far more grievous consequences than the sexism faced by women and girls.

  1. Its a “thought-crime” because we men allow it to be! Yet it wouldn’t be if it came out of a female mouth. Everything fits this category according to toxic feminists! As long as nobody does anything to stop this insanity (which is exactly what those insane criminal feminists are hoping for) we can expect things to keep getting worse.

    Just as they are…

  2. “It is not sexist to point out that men’s and women’s brains are biologically different.”

That may be true of the feminist re-definition of ‘sexist’ but not of the original meaning, which is to recognise that there are two distinct sexes with biological traits.

Whichever version of ‘sexist’ one picks, however, does not really matter. The acceptance that men and women are different in more than just superficial gonads is directly anti-feminist because it rubbishes one of the three core pillars of feminism. Without the belief that femininity and masculinity are purely social constructs with no connection to one’s sex, an entire edifice of feminism collapses, bringing down almost every other aspect of feminism with it.

I’ll believe women can do anything men can do when I see one writing her name in the snow without using her fingers or feet and without moving from the spot, as I did one snowy evening more than forty years ago.

I can’t help but notice that the part that mentions there is also disadvantage to men in this lunacy comes right near the end.

Now that’s what I call female privilege.
